April 6, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):One of Doordarshan’s biggest serial Karam Yudh was being shot in Mumbai’s Future Studio. The directors of the serial, Kewal Sethi and Ravindra Gautam narrated the story of the serial to the media present there. The media persons also talked to the star cast of the serial, Rohini Hattangadi, Harsh Chhaya, Vaishnavi, Jitendar Hirawat and Sonal. The serial is starting from 15 th of April at 8:30 PM.

Deputy Home Minister ‘Yashwant Chauhan’(Harsh Chhaya) and his wife DCP ‘Shivangi Chauhan’ (Vaishnavi) are well known for their honesty, idealistic values and a completely spotless career. In college they fell in love as both had same virtues and values and a passion for idealism. Till now they have quite nicely balanced their respective responsibilities, yashwant as a husband, father and a politician and Shivangi as a wife, mother and a responsible police officer. Their home has three more members, son ‘Rohit’, daughter ‘Pallavi’ and the most important….Head of the family…..decision maker…..woman of substance…. ‘Maa Saa’ (Rohini Hattangadi).
