Zoom is coming up with a new one of a kind show called ‘Bollywood Casefiles’. 

It will be come on air from 13th October onwards on 8: 30 pm and will be a biweekly.
The show will be hosted by Tisca Chopra who shot to fame with ‘Taare Zameen Par’. Bollywood Casefiles is a 6-part original series produced by Moving Picture Company that takes on the scandals, rumors and distracting mysteries of the film industry. 

From in-depth reports on celebrities who have shocking run-ins with the law or are involved in nasty court battles… to rocky relationships between artists and their contemporaries… the emotional stories of stars who have battled grave issues… off the wall behaviors… odd friendships… alleged goings-on… … money… feuds… and more…

Each hour-long episode takes up one talked-about scandal, and tests it inside out. Now that’s a lot of spice!

Gopal (Ajay Devgan) stays with his wife Ekta (Kareena Kapoor), sister Esha & a dumb brother in law Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor). Gopal for one whole night gets stuck in a yacht after he saves an attractive young woman Meera (Celina Jeitly) from few goons on his way back home from his office.Due to the circumstances they stays back on the yacht. He arrives home the next day, and meets his very suspicious wife, Ekta, who is a hard core  Saas bahu television soap viewer and suspects him of flirting with girls from his staff. Gopal finds it difficult to satisfy her with the incident which took place last night, and he invents a story about spending the night with a fictitious friend named Anthony Gonsalves. Ekta does not believe that he ever had a friend by that name, and decides to write to Anthony to come and visit her. Gopal then convinces one of his juniors, Laxman(Shreyas Talpade), to pretend that he is Anthony, and thus convince Ekta that he was indeed telling the truth. Laxman agrees to do so, and everything goes according to plan until the address on which Ekta had written a letter to Anthony turns out to be real. Meanwhile Gopal finds out that a dead body was found at the same location where he saved Meera from the goons. The investigating officer Maadhav (Arshad Waarsi) who is even Esha’s boyfriend and does not get well along with  Gopal, finds out that Gopal was missing from his home that very night and the dead was an employee from his company. There begins Maadhav’s investigation – resulting in hilarious chaos.

The launch episode shows the two young couples Vikas Puri and  Divya Paani coming from different class and culture altogether are in love and wants to marry with each other. Vikas is totally unprepared to meet Divya’s parents and tries to postpone the meeting as much as he could but was unable to manage. Making their television debut with the show are newcomers Kunal Verma and Pooja Bose essaying the lead characters of Yugandhar and Vrinda, while television veterans Uday Tikekar and Chetan Pundit mesmerize with their power packed performances as Balwant and Vikramaditya.

Concept Note:

Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna is a story of two childhood friends with diverse backgrounds – one a zamindar and the other a mere farmer. Their friendship was one that the entire village vouched for but this friendship was not to last forever! Due to circumstantial misunderstandings the two friends part ways and the love between them turns into enmity.

The lead protagonists of the show Yugandhar and Vrinda are the grandchildren of these two friends and are completely oblivious of the tensions between their families. In the backdrop of the ensuing enmity, love blooms in the hearts of Yugandhar and Vrinda.  

Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna will put to test the love of Yugandar and Vrinda in trying times. What remains to be seen is that will their love cross borders and make a new beginning?
