Bigg Boss Season 3 -Synopsis EP 50-

DAY 66

Another day dawns in the house; in the reign of the generous new ‘Bigg Boss’, Kamaal. The housemates are quite relaxed in his reign and are happy with their new ‘Bigg Boss’. One can only wonder how hugely exhilarating this achievement would be for Kamaal who was once the most hated person in the house!

Today the housemates are in the mood to discuss their viewpoints on various topics. Kamaal, Aditi and Pravesh have quite an interesting conversation on Education versus Money, where each one presents their thoughts and beliefs on the importance of both. The discussion takes a new turn with Bhakhtyar joining in and moving it towards the direction of the importance of Family versus Career. On this Pravesh shares his thoughts that for career one has to make sacrifices. How long one can depend on their parents? Well-said Pravesh!

Later Kamaal sits with Vindu and talks about Dara Singh’s achievements, which makes Vindu emotional. Kamaal reminds Vindu about how Dara Singh with no formal education has managed to make a mark and has set example for everyone to follow.

As the day progresses, Kamaal’s wish of punishing the housemates gets fulfilled –he gathers the housemates in the living area and ask them whom they think is the laziest person in the house. There is popular voting against Aditi and Bhakhtyar, so Kamaal punishes the two of them. Pravesh also falls prey to the punishment and is made to do sit ups for breaking the rules of the house.

Later the real ‘Bigg Boss’ calls Pravesh in the confession room and assigns him on a secret mission. As per the task he needs to challenge Kamaal’s post of ‘Bigg Boss’ by breaking the rules and ensure that Kamaal doesn’t get success in his task. Seems that ‘Bigg Boss’ wants to teach Kamaal some lesson for all the rules, he broke and the governments he brought down in the previous week’s task.

As the day progresses, the housemates are seen still taking care of their adopted babies –the saplings, and pouring their heart out to them. Vindu has Poonam as his new partner in crime for his viciousness sessions about the housemates and Claudia is their target.

Kamaal’s reign as ‘Bigg Boss’ is short lived when the real ‘Bigg Boss’ calls the housemates in the living area and announce the end of the task. The housemates rejoice at this announce and decide to seek revenge from Kamaal as he was the brainchild behind the disastrous performance by the housemates in the last task. But at the same time, they don’t want to be harsh to him, as he had been very kind to each and every one when he was given the ‘Bigg Boss’ task.

The housemates pretend that all is well and they haven’t taken anything to heart, however the truth is quite the opposite.

With every passing day the survival in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house seems to be getting tougher. To prove that ‘Bigg Boss’ announces the housemates to gather in the activity area where only Bhakhtyar needs to give a small winning speech and thank anyone who he thinks has supported him during his stay. Surprisingly Bhakhtyar thanks Vindu instead of Aditi in his thanksgiving speech while the other housemates wonder why?

Soon after Bhakhtyar wraps up his speech, the housemates– Poonam, Kamaal and Vindu start bitching about Bhakhtyar. Poonam says that Bhakhtyar is thanking Vindu when actually he was one of Vindu’s biggest foes in the house and is known to have nominated him in the last so many weeks. She further calls Bhakhtyar manipulative.

Meanwhile Aditi, who feels let down by Bhakhtyar is in tears and pours her heart out to Claudia. Claudia advices Aditi to let go of whatever Bhakhtyar said and should move on with the competition. Now that Bhakhtyar and Aditi’s friendship has come to an end, one waits to see if this will have an adverse effect on other housemates and lead to Bhakhtyar’s nomination next week?

There is a cold argument over Anita’s running away from home. Simi intervenes and says she’ll take care. She also assures her parents to take care. But to add to her worry, Rajeev comes to the Sethi house to invite them for a traders association party that he is throwing, and tells Simi that he has got to know of Anita- in a way threatening her and also tells her that he wanted to know if she was accompanying him to the farmhouse!

Wednesday– Jhansi Ki Rani– 30th Sept at 8 pm

Everyone is shocked to hear the news of Shyam Rao who broke marriage with Indu because of Manu. Vahini sahib blames Manu and tells her that she is ‘ashudd’ and announces that she can only enter or stay in palace only after her shuddikaran. Meanwhile Tatya Tope motivates Manu.

Rain-washes away Shekhar and Laali’s hard work in the field. They both see all the seeds get washed away helplessly and on the other hand, Ranvijay has already planned to sell away Shekhar’s land.

Lux Dance India Dance (Salman Khan special)

Known for his trademark mischievous sense of humor, Salman Khan had the audience in splits with his wisecracks throughout. Watching the enthralling performances put together by the contestants of ‘Lux Dance India Dance’, Salman decided to shake a leg too. So he got up, went on stage and jived to ‘Love Me, Love Me, Love Me’ alongside thrilled contestants Vandana and Kruti. Seeing Salman move so well, Master Terence Lewis was keen to see him perform an aerial act with cables like so many of ‘Lux Dance India Dance’ contestants do. Salman was hesitant at first but gave in when Terence said, “Salman, you are very strong. I’m sure you can do it.” Watching Salman in mid-air, performing as he hung on to cables was a delight.

Its nomination time again. Geeta has no other option but to nominate her two sole survivors– Dharmesh and Binny. Binny’s aerial act gets appreciated widely. Mithun da again pulls a fast one on Jay Bhanushali again.

Ajay Devgn (with an ‘a’ flicked out of his surname) does some dangerous stunts besides showing his comic flair. He is best in the scenes with Sanjay Dutt. Playing a suspicious brother given to groping the women around him in moments of panic, Dutt becomes the catalyst for humour in many a scene. Fardeen is lovable as the over-the-top goofball. Bipasha and Mugdha are mainly there to glam up the comedy. Johnny Lever and Sanjay Mishra chip in with their brand of humour.

Lux Dance India Dance

Its time to Tango! Argentinean Tango on the song ‘Ye Raat’ (from the movie Aks) performed by Kruti, Kunwar and Parvez from Terence Ki Toli was highly applauded by Grandmaster Mithun Da. The vampire act in the form of an Argentinean Tango on a slow Bollywood number was an innovation by Master Terence Lewis and something never seen before.

Orphaned as a child, Arun Verma (Anil Kapoor) has dedicated his adult life to looking after orphaned children, in a house where he can’t afford to pay the rent nor can manage even day to day expenses for necessities. He decides to rent one of the rooms, and the tenant is a newspaper reporter named Seema Sohni (Sridevi), who happens to dislike children. International crime lord and terrorist Mogambo (Amrish Puri) takes an interest in this very house to store his firearms, and other weapons, and sends his men to force Arun to vacate. Arun and some of the children are beaten-up and threatened with dire consequences if they do not vacate the house. Arun’s dad’s friend Professor Sinha (Ashok Kumar) shows Arun a device that will make in him invisible, and thereby he will find a way to fight to keep the house.

The auditions saw some spectacular performances by the following performers who have got selected in the final 18. Mithun da was totally overwhelmed by the pool of talent that the mentors have unearthed this season. Punit Pathak from Mumbai is a contemporary dancer. His vampire enactment, complete with mind-blowing expressions bowled over everybody. Shashank Dogra is a ballet dancer from Delhi. Master Terence Lewis was extremely upset that a ballet dancer like him is not in his team but in Remo’s team.

Sumitra tells everybody not to say anything to Shekhar as he is just reviving. Lali’s guilt and confusion reaches its peak and she has an emotional outburst in front of god. Shekhar puts sindoor in Lali’s forehead and takes her back to the haveli where Thakur Loha Singh is extremely happy and he gives a grand welcome to the newly weds.

Major General Amarjeet Singh (Amitabh Bachchan) is a dedicated officer in the Indian army. His son Lieutenant Commander Vikramjeet Singh (Bobby Deol) follows in his footsteps and joins the army. Amarjeet is extremely proud of Vikramjeet but tragedy strikes when Vikramjeet is killed in action. Many years pass, Vikramjeet’s son Captain Kunal Singh (Bobby Deol) joins the army but has no intentions of remaining there. He instead plans to leave, settle abroad and earn lots of money. Amarjeet is disappointed with Kunal as he hopes his grandson would do something to honor his deceased father. Kunal comes across a desert party and sees Shweta Bhansali (Divya Khosla). It is love at first sight for him but she totally ignores him and does everything to avoid him.

Joy to the world, the Lord has come. Today is the last day for the finalists and it is Christmas too! The morning brings with it another of Vindu’s monologue. Vindu states that according to him the evicted contestants need to be asked whom they think is the most deserving candidate for the title- Bigg Boss amongst the three finalists.

Vindu and Poonam are seen getting nostalgic remembering the number of festivals they celebrated in the Bigg Boss house. And today, yet they are celebrating their last festival Christmas.

Today, on Christmas, Bigg Boss provides the housemates with a Christmas tree along with decoration. The housemates need to place the Christmas tree in the garden area and have to decorate the tree and the house as well. Soon the housemates are seen quite charged up at the task and putting their full energies in decorating the Christmas tree and the house.

The housemates gathered in the kitchen area and get busy with their daily household chores. Poonam and Vindu are seen having a healthy intellectual discussion about parent–child relationship.

It’s time for Pravesh to implement his punishment where he needs to prepare lunch and feed the ten children. Pravesh who is repenting for his earlier actions is seen putting his whole heart into the task of cooking under the guidance of Poonam. The housemates eagerly await the arrival of the children.

The housemates then gather in the garden area to welcome the kids. Everyone is happy to see them and within no time the kids are seen mingling with the housemates. After lunch the kids have a lot of fun reciting poems and decorating the Christmas tree.

Later all gathered in the living area where Pravesh confess himself in front of children stating that he threw food in the pool because he wanted to take revenge with the duo as they instigated him with their comments about this game being only for the rich and famous. This greatly disappoints Poonam and Vindu and Vindu tells Pravesh that he should not have said all this in front of the children. This starts another altercation between the two and with this it’s time for the kids to depart.

Pravesh who is quite upset about his confrontation with Vindu opens his heart to Poonam and explains how he always wants to make things right but unfortunately they turn otherwise and cause more problems. To this Poonam tells helps him understand how with just a few wrong actions and a few misplaced words and incorrect timing can influence the kids who had come which is why he should not have spoken about the revenge aspect in front of them.

As the day progresses, Vindu and Pravesh tell Poonam the truth about Rohit and that how he always made a fool out of her and Poonam fails to recognizes Rohit’s bad intention towards her. But Poonam is just not ready to accept the truth about Rohit, which is revealed to her.

When midnight arrives the housemates are seen enjoying Christmas along with an artificial snowfall. The housemates get very excited on receiving the gifts and cake on this joyous day. They shake a leg on the peppy bollywood songs and seen enjoy themselves to the fullest.

With this the last day at the Bigg Boss house comes to an end.

There is a well-known saying- “Those who want to win a war well can rarely make a good peace.” And Pravesh last night who threw the entire ration supply into the swimming pool in order to take revenge by starving Poonam and Vindu proves this.

Vindu who wakes up early in the morning is shocked at seeing all the food in the pool. He talks about how his father, who started off as common man, is a Member of Parliament today. According to him his father is a ‘real common man’ and not Pravesh who claims to be one.

Soon after the wake up alarm goes off, Vindu takes Poonam to the pool and shows her the result of Pravesh’s vicious actions. Poonam is aghast with Pravesh’s vicious actions against her and Vindu. The duo is seen cursing Pravesh because of whom they have nothing to eat now.

As Pravesh didn’t get any violent reactions from duo as he had anticipated, he clarifies himself in front of Poonam and Vindu stating that now onwards he is going to make their life hell in the house. And the chain of argument starts heating up.

Bigg Boss calls the housemates to the living area and asks Poonam and Vindu to show Pravesh, the youngest in the house the right path. He also tells them that while this show is meant for the common man, the decision to punish Pravesh for his actions will be taken after the common man’s reaction to his actions (the episode tonight).

As soon as the food is sent, Poonam and Vindu start hiding the ration. Later Poonam, wanting to clear the air, takes Bigg Boss’s advice to show Pravesh the right direction, and has a chat with him to try and calm him down. Pravesh, who has anger brimming inside him, explodes and Poonam lovingly tries to make him understand his mistakes. Later Poonam narrates her conversation with Pravesh to Vindu.

Once Pravesh calms down a little, post his outburst with Poonam, he realizes his error and apologizes to Poonam and Vindu for his misbehavior. He explains his actions stating that as a player he did whatever was right according to him but being the youngest amongst them he feels sorry for hurting the duo. Soon after, all seems forgotten and forgiven and Vindu and Pravesh are once again seen chatting well into the night.

Towards the night Bigg Boss tells the housemates that the ‘Bigg Boss’ house was made for thirteen contestants but now only three contestants are left. Bigg Boss tells the housemates that they are now banned from using the girl’s bedroom and the gym area.

Later, Poonam gets emotional and misses having her parents with her. With these emotional moments another day at the Bigg Boss house comes to an end.

The finale week has started and it seems there is no room for peace in the Bigg Boss house. Bhakhtyar is seen badly begging for votes from his beloved wife Tannaz as he wants to the winner.

Disturbed Pravesh walks up to Bhakhtyar and narrates Vindu’s conversation. After listening to Pravesh, Bhakhtyar thinks that Vindu needs professional help.

Vindu and Poonam are bitching about Pravesh and Bhakhtyar. Today for the first time we will see Vindu cooking Dal in his style.

As the day progresses, Bhakhtyar comes up with the greedy idea of dividing the winning amount amongst the housemates.

The attention seeking Bhakhtyar once more narrates his career story to others.

Another night at the Bigg Boss house comes to an end as duo Pravesh and Bhakhtyar assign a bitchy tag lines to the inmates.
