Indian Shakira to sing for Bhojhpuri films

Termed to be Indian Shakira by veteran Bappi Lahiri, Mouli Dave is still struggling hard to make a singing career in Bollywood. This babe from US was well appreciated for her melodious voice in Zee’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2007 and seemed to have a promising career ahead. But as it happens, once the show ended it’s yet another season, the limelight was taken away from Mouli. The only benefits she got out of the show was a chance to sing the title number for yet another music reality show called Zara Nach Ke Dikha and also an opportunity to host the music reality show Rock N Roll Family. Seeing no offers coming her way from Bollywood, the babe is now forced to make a desperate move of lending her voice for Bhojhpuri films.  Recently she recorded songs for a Bhojpuri film titled Bhole Shankar which has Mithun Chakraborty in the lead.

It would be interesting to see how this girl with an English accent has managed to sing mythological songs. -(SAMPURN)
