Sandra Bullock Obtains Restraining Order Against Stalker

July 20, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock has recently obtained a temporary restraining order against her stalker. Sandra Bullock got hold of such a restraining order on Monday against a 41-year-old man. This man was accused of pestering the actress for seven years. She was being annoyed by this man since 2003.

The attorney representing Bullock obtained the defensive order on her behalf against a certain Thomas James Weldon. The man in question has had a few earlier court orders to stay away from the actress; however he didn’t abide by the norms. Presently a hearing of three-year order against Weldon is planned on August 6.

The 45 year Award winning actress had first obtained a restraining order against his stalker in California in 2003, and six years later the order expired.

It is known that Thomas James Weldon had voluntarily entered a psychological organization situated in Tennessee; meanwhile, the actress sued the state in the year 2006 in order to necessitate them to inform her of Weldon’s release.

As per the court filing, Weldon got in an emergency room in Wyoming last month. He complained of nervousness and insomnia. He then told the hospital staff that he had driven all the way from Tennessee in order to meet Bullock at her house that’s located in Jackson Hole, Wyo.
